How long does shipping take for skincare and tools?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Express shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their tools sooner.
What is your return policy on opened products?
Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare and facial tools, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Are your skincare formulas vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all FACEGYM skincare products are 100% cruelty-free and the majority of our range is vegan-friendly. Please check individual product pages for specific ingredient lists.
Can I use the facial electrical tools if I have had fillers or Botox?
We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after receiving injectables before using our electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) tools. Always consult with your practitioner before starting a new facial tech routine.
