We want you to love your FACEGYM results, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most products and tools to ensure your skincare journey is seamless. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a lightly used or unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items—including all tools and accessories—and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
